Vision Award: Roy Fielding and Ryan Bloom

Evangelism Award: Lars Eilebrecht and the Apache XML Project

Technical Contribution Award: Doug MacEachern (creator of mod_perl) and the PHP Group

The awards went to the two top vote-getters in each category.
